You'll see creatures such as tigers, lions, foxes, bears, gazelles, elephants, hippopotamus, rhinos, tapirs, orangutans, gorillas, chimpanzees, kangaroos, ostriches, komodo dragons, crocodiles, pythons, tortoises, and many animals you have probably never even heard of before.

Getting around the Miami Zoo is easy even if you don't like to walk or are unable to walk for long distances. You can rent wheelchairs, strollers, or family safari cycles.
